The platform has a good independent incorporation system, so that you can start working in the shortest possible time
Everything was really great
From the sales, through deployment, and ongoing support
One of my favorite parts of this system is how easily editable everything is
Seems simple, but being able to adjust notes and basic information on the home screen makes things very simple

Cons
Also, the loss of historical record of communication for a Contact when you delete an old email is problematic
We are forced to retain all of these old emails and this can create confusion
Our sales staff was apprehensive at first as there were lots of bells & whistles and a little worn out with the previous jumps from one CRM to the other
I think more training on set up, warnings issued at set up and common pitfalls at set up would avoid harmful bulk uploads making irreversible upload mistakes
Data uploads can be catastrophic if not done correctly."

Pros
I have used it for six month and it has some amazing features and i recommend the various clients to use it
Fairly good experience in general
I strongly recommend it to ogranizations that are looking for an all-in-one solution, especially if you are 10 or less strong
After using several other CRMs I have found that Agile offers the perfect balance of flexibility and structure I am also REALLy impressed by the marketing and tracking side too
This is a fantastic program that I've established successfully with three clients so far
I've found it excellent to use with ample support documents to set up and deploy without assistance."

Cons
The inability to cancel despite following their instructions for cancellation to a tee
Do not add your credit card information!!! I cancelled and am still getting charged
Horrible customer service
Don't use Agile unless you want to get stuck in a contract
I told him that I was going to start writing bad reviews about Agile while I waited for his management
Eventually, he said he initiated the refund and cancelled my subscription."
