Onehub is easy is enroll in. There is also a free trial that sets up your account instantaneously. One hub offers an easy interface to upload any type of files. There is also a default Quickstart guide that provides basic instructions on how to upload and download files.

Allows tracking of documents, where you can monitor the recipient's time on each page, most searched words in the document and much more. Allows you to configure each document sent in such a way that you can self-destruct it at a certain time, so that they can not use it after reading it. It has a document repository, where we can share documents and files with the rest of the team in the cloud.

Our company utilizes employees here in the US, and numerous remote employees in the Philippines (less than 20 employees). We had one solution for scheduling, another program for task and project management, another app for messaging, and a cloud-based program for time-tracking. Until we found ConnectTeam. Everything we needed (plus more), all in a single solution. Not only did we cut our previous costs by 80%, everything is now in a single solution.

Terrific Software. Only spoke to support once, they responded within a few hours (and bear in mind we are the other side of the globe form them) so very happy. We were purchased a high tier of the product but not the top tier, about a month ago they stopped billing us as they announced it was to be free for under ten employees. However, this software is a great contributor to why we won't be under them employees for much longer.

We have been using the software for about 8 month now. Some problems have been resolved. A huge improvement was around open shifts. That feature was basically unworkable until a few months ago. However, no improvement in core functionality of job scheduling and time clock since then.

OneHub makes it easy to organize our virtual data room and to constantly revise it
The platform is also very good at managing user access at different levels
Ease of setup and use were essential
The same functionality that made it easy for us to adopt has made it easy to onboard additional users both inside and outside our organization
It is so easy to connect your bank, sub contractors, statements, etc
I love that all my information is in one place

From there it morphs into a great dataroom product where you can create multiple datarooms for various uses."

Cons
Providing access is tricky with the link and once someone has access they don't get invited again and claim they don't have a log in
Some outside users have had trouble accessing the data room from their work emails, and I've had to send them access via their personal emails
The inability to make files "Favorite" and have them up top
The inability to send document links from the app
There was an instance where processing of documents was delayed by several hours
It really wasn't a big deal, but it is honestly the worst I've experienced with the service."

I am a HUGE fan of the Connecteam App
The fact that the app is constantly evolving with new and exciting tools, make it easier to use and keeps my employees engaged and wanting to add more

Due to the COVID epidemic, my team had to rapidly transition our way of business
Connecteam allowed us to solve several logistics problems that allowed us to thrive and grow
I don't like that i can't go put in unavailable the employee can only do that
I gave up and made my own training videos on how to use the app and they still struggle)
SMS functions didn't go well, probably due to local regulations SMS may have delivery failures."
