great solution for document management and filing. The software fulfills our requirement with plenty of features. We felt comfortable using this one. It is very friendly and reliable for user.

We use the software to maintain bills received from our facilities over 2 states. We have to keep everything for at least 2 years before compacting and archiving with the ability to pull up documents on the fly. We currently have roughly 200,000 PDFs in OpenKM and the only lag comes from Adobe. We are running it on an in-house VM with very little resource usage and have had almost no problems.

The platform is extremely easy to use and scale. I like how content moves around between spots seamlessly and I can customize the different views and pages. I find it easy to administer while still being able to customize for different teams. The unique architecture behind spots is what makes a huge difference. I've administered large amounts of content on other platforms before and Highspot is by far the easiest.

It is easy to use, quick and efficient at getting the job done. I like that it also provides info on how is viewing my content and even diving deeper into which pages they are viewing.

Usability and simplicity of usage are Highspot's primary strengths. Because our Sellers utilize the same system regularly, it's a great spot to make sales pitches because they get a head start on learning the system's ins and outs.
