We use the software to maintain bills received from our facilities over 2 states. We have to keep everything for at least 2 years before compacting and archiving with the ability to pull up documents on the fly. We currently have roughly 200,000 PDFs in OpenKM and the only lag comes from Adobe. We are running it on an in-house VM with very little resource usage and have had almost no problems.

I love the ability to edit the proposals easily for each client that has different needs! I also love that this software integrates with HubSpot. Proposify also keeps track of the statistics of closed proposals and knowing that I have a very high close rate does make me feel good inside!

The design layouts are heads and tails above every other platform. Their beautiful as well as functionally layed out. Templates have all the sections that might be needed and if you need to add other sections, it's super easy to do. I promise these will wow your clients.
