There is a wide variety of training content available from multiple publishers and OpenSesame is constantly added more. Another big pro is the option to demo courses before buying them. It's very helpful that demo courses come with the option to assign to multiple users which enables my entire team to review the training before we are sure we want to purchase. Their support team has also been fantastic - response time is always quick and they are sure to follow up if they haven't received an updated within 24-48 hours.

One downside of using Qooper Is that it does not have a built in video conferencing platform. While this would definitely be a big ask It would be awesome to be able to chat right from the platform. Another thing that would be useful to have in Cooper is the ability to complete voice calls. It could also be easier if there was a desktop native application That would be usable.

I love the search function and the ability to create lists
The smart list feature is amazing

I also like that you can sort by provider, seat time, and language
She makes sure we know about all of the upcoming changes and she is great at getting us answers to questions we have

With some languages, there seems to be more limited options
There was no easy way to catalog content into customer categories
And no categorization by content type
There are no real cons they are so many offerings
Sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for
I just wished the courses were more standardized."

It's so important to have mentors that understand you and help you grow in your career, so having the technology to facilitate that has been useful

Describe your overall experience: It is difficult to onboard employees quickly because we have a lot of learning materials and training
In addition, you are not able to share files using the feature so may of our pairs used Zoom or another platform for their calls
In addition, emails sent from Qooper may end up in spam folders
The challenges with the "Scheduling Meeting" function have been frustrating because we planned on using this data substantially for research purposes
We tried to utilize their in-house mentor training and that did not go well."
