On a direct note, Pedro Ponciano is our account manager and has been an absolute all-star for us. He even created a 5 minute step by step video personalized just for us on a solution to automate our SMS first touch communication for our incoming leads! So far we have not found any issues that stop our process that has not already been instructed by their incredible support. We had an issue with automating SMS, and Pedro knocked it out of the park by creating me a personalized 5 minute instructional video on step by step how to create the solution we thought was missing.
