This is the first CRM tool I had used and it gave a lot of features that helped me manage my lead data. Easy to add and export leads. I can link this to my phone and track activity as well. It can add the feature of integrating email to leadsquared which would make the job easier for sales reps. Tasks can be arranged and simplified with a better view.
