"Does the Job but a long way to go" What do you like best about Leadsquared Marketing Automation? It is a comprehensive tool. This is the first CRM tool I had used and it gave a lot of features that helped me manage my lead data. Easy to add and export leads. I can link this to my phone and track activity as well. It can add the feature of integrating email to leadsquared which would make the job easier for sales reps. Tasks can be arranged and simplified with a better view. LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand

LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it
LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well

Cons
LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it
Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this
LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.
