Clean and Straight Forward What do you like best about OutboundEngine? Willing to work with my schedule and didn't truly PRESSURE me to get the product but were forthcoming that they were looking for my business. Amber Harding was my sales agent and she was willing to call me back a full WEEK after our first phone call which means a lot to me in my line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OutboundEngine? A little robotic in the sales pitch. I would have preferred a more open dialogue designed to get down to the heart of what I wanted to accomplish. The product aims to provide small businesses with what big companies have achieved with marketing automation. The service aims to help users keep in touch with clients and prospects with professionally designed, branded campaigns. Benefits include: driving engagement, surfacing warm leads from current contacts, generating referrals and repeat business from their existing contacts, social media advertising to get in front of prospective new customers. Clearbit provides me timely and accurate contacts at the companies we go after. This is a big time saver when we are searching for contacts that fall within the companies we go after. This is a great tool to use if you use an ABM approach for outbound prospecting.

The product integrates with a number of tools including Salesforce, G Suite, Outlook, HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier, Segment, and Tray.
"Another Company that Makes it Hard to Cancel or Terminate" What do you like best about OutboundEngine? The actual reps trying to help you set up your account are very helpful. For folks wanting to really work their sphere and database for referrals, etc., this product has potential. But watch out for the corporate trickery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OutboundEngine? Despite giving written notice in Nov 2021 that I did not wish to renew in Summer 2022 they came up with a lame excuse on how I had to reach out again closer to the end of my contract. And, of course they couldn't mark my account for non-renewal BUT they can certainly click a button for autopay each month. Be wary and hope that if you try this product that you never need to cancel it because they will screw you for their own benefit. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I never got into Outbound Engine much because my business approach changed shortly after signing up to focus on growing the brokerage rather than my sphere or team contacts. I communicated that with an account rep very early on but it seems their management won't recognize those taped phone calls or written emails because it wasn't close enough to my contract expiration date.

It is a very user-friendly tool with an intuitive interface where every icon is presented in a well-organized form. Furthermore, I can easily find out any company’s webpage and correspond with them about my product. The extensions that are provided by this software updates automatically to show users useful information. Overall, it is an excellent product and now it keeps the importance in our organization because of its effective performance.

We are using Salesforce CRM in our company. So here Clearbit plays a major role for us in our day to day sales activities, from providing all the information in a tab to helping keep our database updated. We don't need to open any other page while talking to or making calls to our prospects. Clearbit, with its unique enriched features, shows all the major information about the prospect/company in a column that one need not go anywhere else to find any info.

Our industry can be, for a lack of better terms, dirty. People do not necessarily want to react in time, if at all, and customer service simply doesn't exist. I personally use Clearbit to research escalation points within an organization as needed.
