"In short I dont really use it much" What do you like best about Pega Platform? I like how it brings much of what I need to do in the day to day right to the table. It is an easy workplace. Sometimes if leads are missing phone numbers it helps me be more productive and makes perofrmance increase a lot.

"Great Software for Co-Browsing" What do you like best about Pega Platform? This software is really helpful for customer service. Instead of customers having to reach out and be frustrated with their problem. we can fix it before the customer starts getting frustrated. The software is fully secure, so we don't have to worry about information being stolen.
