I've been getting a lot of help from LiveChat support this week as I learn Ontraport (new to me), and Erin Gomez was particularly helpful today! I love the ability to customize and create a variety of types of dynamic content, and learning this is easier with people like Erin :) Every rep has been quick to create a screengrab video to show what to do. Ontraport is an entrepreneurial unicorn - I'd been searching for years to find a service that could provide everything (contact management, autoresponders, landing pages, a membership site, forms, etc.) in one place. Ontraport does that beautifully! I'm a huge OntraPeeps fan. Their customer service is outstanding - their Live Chat is convenient and efficient anytime I run into a challenge in structuring something, and their online resource guides are thorough. If I need anything beyond that, they are always quick to escalate the issue for further research and action. Ontraport is also easy to use. Their drag-and-drop structure of building everything makes it accessible and understandable to "normal" folk as well as convenient for techies.
