Phone.com has an admin portal that allows you to set up voice mail, multiple lines, etc. Through the admin portal, you are also able to send and receive faxes. It's an excellent service, and we are so happy to have found it.

Overall, our company has been extremely pleased with Nextiva. We have had very minimal issues (most attributed to internet woes on our end) and the cell phone integration and app work flawlessly. We are often out of office/town and being able to take calls for our customers with such clarity and function has been great! Customer service is very quick to address any issues and help get you up and running in no time. Everyone we've dealt with has always been extremely courteous and very professional. The quality of our calls is very crisp and clear and we are extremely pleased to be a Nextiva Customer!

I like the great connectivity that Nextiva provides our team. When calls come in, they are immediately routed to the correct individuals. If there are network issues, the app warns us to move over to call forwarding. This is very helpful for our team to make sure our customers receive great service.

Mostly, I like that it works. I don't get complaints from my people like I did with our previous Dialpad system. Free high-quality desk phones was a juice bonus. Not a difficult system to learn or use as a user.

Absolutely NEVER would have chosen Phone.com had we known the hassle this was going to be
No one in their right mind would rationally choose phone.com
Customer support simply doesn't seem to care a single bit about the massive inconvenience to our business that this porting delay has caused our business

They make it impossible to cancel your account
If it fails for some reason you click the button to resend the fax in the email, however, again, another error message about a redirect loop."

Overall our experience with Nextiva has been pretty good
Very good the addons make the entire service worth it, if you are big on video meetings and have not use the included Amazon Chime then you have never used the best
Phone service was reliable and call quality was good
Using Nextiva we have reduced are phone bill, increased control over our phone system and added the ability to use the phone app."

I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work
We were running in circles with the problems
The phone system was with a lot of technical problems
Auto attendant not working, CRM not working, SMS not working
Service is spotty, Calls get dropped, Phones disconnect from service, Voice Packets get lost
Forever ongoing contract auto-renewals without notifications to the client
We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad
The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market."
