ContactPigeon’s useful platform has provided us with suitable channels in the easiest way to operate. We use welcome emails, pop up, sign-up forms and push notifications to reach our audience. Additionally, the customer support team has helped greatly, making our collaboration easier.

Some of the features that we use are abandoned cart automations, browse abandonment email, automated welcome emails, and price drop alert. The fact that we have all the necessary tools gathered in one platform leads us to quick yet data-driven decisions. Hence, we have optimal results and increased conversion rates.

The features are great--if you know how to set them up
The fact that someone can dynamically size an ad (think of how responsive web design works) is so cool
Definitely a selling feature here
The organization of the system is great, too
Plus, the people are Pica9 are very easy to work with and supportive!

 Creating templates and, more specifically, assigning assets to them, is a bit hard
You need someone with more time to dedicate to this system than I had
It doesn't always meet our needs in the most ideal fashion
