I felt that it was a smaller company that would allow more personal customer service, and I wasn't wrong about the customer service. They are excellent! And today we're everything is so automated it's important to be able to get in touch with a real person when you need them. They are very good about getting back the same day, sometimes it's within minutes. The price was also a big factor.

After the initial learning curve, I have come to really enjoy and rely on this critical element in our worship services. Often times, the last thing production and worship is concerned about is lyrics, unfortunately! This program helps the lay person/volunteer to get up to speed quickly and stay one step ahead of the worship leader so that the congregation gets "invited to the party." I'm very happy with the programs ability to allow the user to modify and make presentation adjustments in the moment without affecting what the audience sees or creating a distraction.

My overall experience is good. I have all the features I need and an excellent cost per month. If I need help they have the best customer service ever and this is more important to me than anything else. There is nothing more irritating than paying for a product and you cant get response when you need help. Here they shine. This makes me know that my business is in good hands and it lovely working with a company that actually cares about their customers.

There are many things I could put here, but I feel the customer support has been better than almost any experience elsewhere. If I am ever confused about a function, the CS answers quickly and correctly. No crazy over-the-top fake empathy or any of that annoying stuff.

We use ProPresenter 6 weekly to sequence our worship lyrics and other service visuals except for the weekly teaching portions. Our teachers prefer Proclaim due to its integration with Logos bible software. We also use Proclaim to record our teachings - audio with synced visuals - for uploading to our website. For general worship visuals I prefer ProPresenter 6 by far. While our two graphic-op volunteers are fairly new to worship graphics software, I have been creating presentations using computer graphics software professionally since 1983.
