Post Planner vs Radaar

My overall experience is good. I have all the features I need and an excellent cost per month. If I need help they have the best customer service ever and this is more important to me than anything else. There is nothing more irritating than paying for a product and you cant get response when you need help. Here they shine. This makes me know that my business is in good hands and it lovely working with a company that actually cares about their customers.

There are many things I could put here, but I feel the customer support has been better than almost any experience elsewhere. If I am ever confused about a function, the CS answers quickly and correctly. No crazy over-the-top fake empathy or any of that annoying stuff.

"RADAAR-Phenomenal social media tool, and really an entire full featured toolbox" What do you like best about RADAAR? Lots of features but here are a few 1-It does Pinterest and TikTok already. Too many tools have those on the roadmap still 2-Social listening-usually costs WAY more. Great value I will go farther-RADAAR is one of the best tools I have used. It does so much and I learn of new features all of the time. Mustafa and his team go so hard at this bringing us more and more value. Like a few weeks ago I learned it had text spinning for your posts. Text spinning in a social tool? The toolset never stops. Fantastic product and fantastic team. They have been rapidly improving the product and so far I have not run into any issues. Just improvements almost every week. What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving time and improving content. I can have someone spend 1/2 a day each quarter and have all my scheduled posts done. Then I can use social listening to see what people actually care about throughout the quarter and post directly to that. Big time saver and great for workflows. And now I am starting to just work directly out of RADAAR vs logging into the platforms at all with the inbox.

"A real professional crush" What do you like best about RADAAR? Why didn't Radaar exist before? It is an ultra complete software that several departments of a company can use: marketing, sales, legal, manager, etc. Its interface is disconcertingly simple and well thought out, a centralization of all the information from our social networks to respond via a single platform, team management for better visibility of projects, clear and practical statistics. I think that the competition has a lot to worry about because I've never seen a software that proposes to manage so many social networks. To sum up, Radaar is synonymous with efficiency, speed, performance, time and money saving with a growing community of mutual aid. Long life to Radaar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RADAAR? If there is a bug with Radaar, in 99% of cases it corresponds to a disconnected account. This is the case for LinkedIn which requires you to reconfirm your identity. This is not the fault of Radaar, but the security rules of LinkedIn. In this case, it would be interesting to have a notification by email or directly on the Radaar backoffice to renew the identification before expiration. Be able to schedule comments at the same time as the post is created. This is a great time saver. Unfortunately, this does not work on Facebook Group or Linkedin Profile because these social networks do not allow it on this type of account or profile.

"Solid content scheduler with some other great features" What do you like best about RADAAR? It's really easy to connect your social media accounts to RADAAR. I've got my FB (business account + groups), LinkedIn (personal + company) and Instagram all connected. There's other options, but these are just the ones I use. There's also native integration with VistaCreate (formerly Crello) and Canva. I really like that the calendar shows different types of celebrations that occur on each day throughout the world, so I know to post about certain subjects. I haven't really used it, but it has a unified chat feature as well, which will be good for when I'm needing to keep on top of all my social accounts more efficiently. Oh, and there's even a password manager and link shortener, but they're not as good as your dedicated ones as there's no analytics (link shortener) and the password manager is just a place to store passwords within RADAAR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RADAAR? Sometimes I have to reconnect my social accounts to ensure they're posting properly. The good thing is, RADAAR notify me that there's issues posting things so I know to go in and fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Instead of logging in to each of my social accounts and posting individually, I use RADAAR to schedule my posts and have it post to all of them at the same time. It's saved me a TON of time.
