My overall experience is good. I have all the features I need and an excellent cost per month. If I need help they have the best customer service ever and this is more important to me than anything else. There is nothing more irritating than paying for a product and you cant get response when you need help. Here they shine. This makes me know that my business is in good hands and it lovely working with a company that actually cares about their customers.

Charged annual renewal in February despite email that states no charges until March
When you do find content even if it is limited, planning, scheduling and posting was a breeze
Doesn't work for Facebook profiles, but that's a Facebook problem, not an app problem
They will do nothing but hand you an apology because they have already stolen your money."

The best feature of Sprinklr is easy access to all of our buys and creative assets for each Paid Social campaign
Despite this, he is able to report good reports and also has a support interested in bringing improvements to the tool
I also LOVE the asset boards
You can create boards for your needs and it's such an easy way to store photos, videos, and social posts that you can leverage and find when you need them
The implementation team was fantastic, the tool itself has saved us countless hours a day, all in all one of the best things we have ever done was picking Sprinklr."

Cons
It's tricky to master the UX
Takes a lot of time to get your bearings within the tool
Frequent issues with lag time on post tags being updated and analytics dashboards not working
Customer service/ support team is horrible
Reporting dashboards are always broken
Unreliable numbers forces media planners to use the actual ads platform instead of the Sprinklr tool we pay for
Sprinklr can do almost everything but there are sometime few misses
It misses to fetch comments or the numbers in the reporting are sometimes different from actual channel analytics."
