The software is customer friendly and user interface is understandable so that many of our departments can fully use the software to design appropriate contracts. My experience so far with Content Central has been good. It does everything they said it would and it does work well. I would not recommend this for a large corporation, but definitely would recommend it for a small to mid sized company.
