The software is customer friendly and user interface is understandable so that many of our departments can fully use the software to design appropriate contracts. The dashboard helps significantly with timeline, milestones, and key date achievements. The feature that alerts to contract renewal dates and process is a great benefit to our team.

Amazingly user friendly, helps a lot on creating templates. During the free trial, I was able to run stuff effectively, it easy and intuitive interface! I have previously had a hard time finding good automation software for my Mac and often had to create a Windows environment in my Mac to be able to run different software. And even those were terrible. But Documate works with Macs and is easier to use than the clunky tools I've used in the past. So much better than HotDocs and Contract Express, and any other Thomson Reuters product for that matter.
