A great way to build feedback habits What do you like best about Primalogik? We use Primalogik for formal performance reviews, 360 reviews between colleagues, and ongoing feedback. The best part of using it so much is the habit of always providing feedback, regularly. We have a stronger repeating habit, as a company, around it because of this product. Recommendations to others considering Primalogik: Push each feature of primalogik one at a time, to establish buy-in and regular use separately for each. It can seem like too much, and somewhat empty, if introduced all at once, but instant feedback and manager reviews and all the rest are all good once folks have time to get used to them. We started using Eden for cleaning services, the ticketing system, and the marketplace. Since we started using them they have made multiple improvements to the system and it was heavily weighted on our feedback as well as feedback from other customers.

"360 Reviews Made Easy with Primalogik!" What do you like best about Primalogik? Ryan was amazing! He gave a great demo and really helped me understand the platform before I purchased. The 30 day free trial was key in determining if the platform would work for my company or not. Purchasing was super easy and straightforward, and it's the best deal out there! What do you dislike about Primalogik? It was a bit confusing realizing that the 360's results were organized by the subject of the feedback. There was not a simple way to see who the user was reviewing, only who is reviewing that user. But once I figured that out, it was fine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Primalogik solving and how is that benefiting you? Our 360 process was totally manual before and we had done it through google sheets. This was a terribly long process and caused our management team a lot of stress. With Primalogik360, there is no manual aggregation of data and sharing the data is super simple. The managers at my company were very happy with me for introducing Primalogik360.

Our customer support/implementation rep was and has continued to be amazing! he software overall is really nice and organized but could use some better automation and sorting tasks. However, anything and everything i have brought up to Ryan, he has either got me an answer or taken it to his software team and they have implemented it! We will always use Primalogik and regret not switching to them sooner!

Our employees are able to easily use this software to book desks, making their experience coming into the office much more positive (since we are a hotdesking environment). The system also integrated fantastic with our cloud (Jumpcloud) and our security system (kisi) to allow seamless entry. We also loved the capability to do health surveys, and to block users who hadn't submitted the health survey or proof of vaccine for NYC protocols. Eden has made our life much easier with constantly changing health policy!

Eden is constantly pivoting their features based on user feedback and to be in line with other technology in the market. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, we did not have a workspace solution as our office was 99% in person. As we evolved to our current hybrid setting, we realized we needed some help. We joined Eden with the expectation that we would use it to hotel desks, but the features just keep coming! Currently, in addition to desk and capacity management, we are using it to monitor vaccine status, negative test results, manage visitors and manage packages.
