A great way to build feedback habits What do you like best about Primalogik? We use Primalogik for formal performance reviews, 360 reviews between colleagues, and ongoing feedback. The best part of using it so much is the habit of always providing feedback, regularly. We have a stronger repeating habit, as a company, around it because of this product. Recommendations to others considering Primalogik: Push each feature of primalogik one at a time, to establish buy-in and regular use separately for each. It can seem like too much, and somewhat empty, if introduced all at once, but instant feedback and manager reviews and all the rest are all good once folks have time to get used to them. I give Employment Hero a five out of five. For more reviews, click below. So before using Employment Hero, we were using MYOB with paper based time sheets and leave applications and that really wasn't working for us. When we looked at Employment Hero, we also looked at ADP, PeopleKey, and WhosOnLocation, but we preferred Employment Hero over the others because it had both integrated payroll and HR. It was ISO 27001 certified, which was very important for us in terms of data protection. We liked the fact that there was a per unit price per employee, so you understood your fixed cost with each additional employee. And the other thing I really liked about Employment Hero was it was strong on supported integration. It was really easy to get started with Employment Hero. They provide a lot of on demand webinars for each module that you have to introduce. They also have live Q and A sessions that you can join to ask specific questions and there's a large suite of online documents that you can access to help troubleshoot any issues. In terms of using Employment Hero and getting started, one of the things that I found really helped was making sure that you understand your relevant legislation, or awards, or anything else pertinent to your business. I found it very helpful to follow the suggested integration process using the webinars and the live Q and A sessions. It was also important for me that we didn't try to implement everything at once. We used a scaled implementation process and introduced things once we had the system up and running. The other great thing about Employment Hero was that we were able to play in their sandbox and trial the system before we put it into play.

"360 Reviews Made Easy with Primalogik!" What do you like best about Primalogik? Ryan was amazing! He gave a great demo and really helped me understand the platform before I purchased. The 30 day free trial was key in determining if the platform would work for my company or not. Purchasing was super easy and straightforward, and it's the best deal out there! What do you dislike about Primalogik? It was a bit confusing realizing that the 360's results were organized by the subject of the feedback. There was not a simple way to see who the user was reviewing, only who is reviewing that user. But once I figured that out, it was fine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Primalogik solving and how is that benefiting you? Our 360 process was totally manual before and we had done it through google sheets. This was a terribly long process and caused our management team a lot of stress. With Primalogik360, there is no manual aggregation of data and sharing the data is super simple. The managers at my company were very happy with me for introducing Primalogik360.

Our customer support/implementation rep was and has continued to be amazing! he software overall is really nice and organized but could use some better automation and sorting tasks. However, anything and everything i have brought up to Ryan, he has either got me an answer or taken it to his software team and they have implemented it! We will always use Primalogik and regret not switching to them sooner!

I'm pretty pleased with it as a whole. With the HR platform, I can aggregate rules and processes for all staff and rest easy knowing that they comply with all applicable laws. It's an excellent payroll solution. The pay stubs are detailed, removing any uncertainty and ensuring that employees are satisfied. I have no hesitation in recommending the program to any SME entrepreneur looking to run their company more efficiently.
