A great way to build feedback habits What do you like best about Primalogik? We use Primalogik for formal performance reviews, 360 reviews between colleagues, and ongoing feedback. The best part of using it so much is the habit of always providing feedback, regularly. We have a stronger repeating habit, as a company, around it because of this product. Recommendations to others considering Primalogik: Push each feature of primalogik one at a time, to establish buy-in and regular use separately for each. It can seem like too much, and somewhat empty, if introduced all at once, but instant feedback and manager reviews and all the rest are all good once folks have time to get used to them. I love that we now have an all in one platform for every HR need - and if you do not have a need for a certain module, you don't have to purchase it! We have launched each module separately. and that has worked well for our team.

"360 Reviews Made Easy with Primalogik!" What do you like best about Primalogik? Ryan was amazing! He gave a great demo and really helped me understand the platform before I purchased. The 30 day free trial was key in determining if the platform would work for my company or not. Purchasing was super easy and straightforward, and it's the best deal out there! Ryan and Gabriel were very available and willing to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Simply great service and an easy to use platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Primalogik? It was a bit confusing realizing that the 360's results were organized by the subject of the feedback. There was not a simple way to see who the user was reviewing, only who is reviewing that user. But once I figured that out, it was fine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Primalogik solving and how is that benefiting you? Our 360 process was totally manual before and we had done it through google sheets. This was a terribly long process and caused our management team a lot of stress. With Primalogik360, there is no manual aggregation of data and sharing the data is super simple. The managers at my company were very happy with me for introducing Primalogik360.

Our customer support/implementation rep was and has continued to be amazing! he software overall is really nice and organized but could use some better automation and sorting tasks. However, anything and everything i have brought up to Ryan, he has either got me an answer or taken it to his software team and they have implemented it! We will always use Primalogik and regret not switching to them sooner!

I have been involved in several large-scale system implementations (of HRIS systems, ATS systems, and the HR side of an ERP) in my HR career. I have implemented and/or worked with NJOYN, Taleo, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Sage, and Suti (twice). Of all of the systems I've used and the vendors I have worked with, Suti has eclipsed them all in their flexibility, and the ability to fit the needs of the business! Kirsten, as our implementation partner, has been outstanding. She is responsive, solutions-oriented, and has this incredible "can-do" attitude with every crazy request. We've had such a good experience that we are now investing in Sutisoft for our Accounts Payable and Employee Expense solutions!

SutiHR has almost all the HR features that we are looking for. Applicant Tracking, Time and Attendance, Performance Reviews, etc. Price-wise, it is affordable compared to other HRIS. It also tries to improve their system as much as possible like adding "partial time off" ability to Time Off Request.

So glad we found SutiHR and it contains all the modules we will need as we grow and evolve. Several HRIS would not do business with us until we reached a certain number of employees. I did not want to start with one HRIS and then move to another once we grew bigger. Plus they have amazing support, we have even got calls from the company President asking how things were going, ideas for improvement, and thanking us for being their customer. Additionally, our technical employees who are very particular about applications/systems even give this a thumbs up. So I will consider this a huge win from my internal customers, HR serves each day.
