I love how simple it is to create templates, ideas, and new segmented sections. We utilize the breaking system in the template and copy and paste for quick delivery. The structure is clean, and the support is typically quick if not practical. I like reading the blog posts on Proposify to help me, a sales account executive, make better decisions when it comes to my prospects, my proposals and just my time in general. We've made a total of 7 different TYPES of template proposal formats on different levels that allow for all those in the company to contribute. I love the feature of being able to edit quickly, even after it's been sent, and the clean format when you print or make a pdf copy. I love the video integrations. We utilize many youtube videos and demos for our clients and it's easy to build into the proposal. I'd love to be able to create a custom thumbnail as you can in Youtube (you can pick from a slide of 4). We are also exploring using video and Propsify is integrated for it.

Highly customizable so you can add or take away as you please, add your own branding and photos

Valooto is very tricky to change quotes that have already expired or sent out, sometimes the limits for discounting can make it hard to use
I did not know what I was missing until I started using it
I dislike the fact that we stayed doing things the old way for far too long because we were hesitating with new technologies
Implementation took months, each contract has so many nuances that it's tough to build a system that will suit everyone
