We selected ProWorkflow We are a small, expanding energy consultancy based in Northern Ireland and Scotland and we decided to switch to Xero for our accounts but we knew that our front-end processes were very manual, using spreadsheets etc.. We were going to build our own database but then we looked at the Xero app store and realised that there were a lot of packages out there which said they would do our job. We trialled Work, Workflowmax, Harvest amongst others but it very rapidly became apparent that PWF was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of its thoroughness, depth and flexibility. Not only that but the support has been, and continues to be, superb. No higher compliment can be paid than to say that It is the kind of software package you look forward to using because it matches our business processes so well. Having the ability to use your personal phone as a work phone with a completely separate number. Also, you are able to get text/phone notifications instantly just like you would on your cell phone. So you can make calls from your desktop, take a walk to the break room and still respond to clients from your cell phone via the dial pad app.

DialPad allows our team to be able to SMS message our consumers often resolving issues in a more timely manner versus by email. The soft phone always is a quality, reliable connection on both sides of the call as well. We appreciate being able to set up the after hour experience based on our needs. Our company appreciates it is a lower cost option as well.

I love that Dialpad has the ability easily set up your company line and allow opportunity to have a personal phone and work phone without the extra equipment! Also the AI voice intelligence feature is amazing! no more need to listen to voicemail per voicemail. You can look into your emails see who called, read their message, and easily just forward it over to the right contact in the company.
