We selected ProWorkflow We are a small, expanding energy consultancy based in Northern Ireland and Scotland and we decided to switch to Xero for our accounts but we knew that our front-end processes were very manual, using spreadsheets etc.. We were going to build our own database but then we looked at the Xero app store and realised that there were a lot of packages out there which said they would do our job. We trialled Work, Workflowmax, Harvest amongst others but it very rapidly became apparent that PWF was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of its thoroughness, depth and flexibility. Not only that but the support has been, and continues to be, superb. No higher compliment can be paid than to say that It is the kind of software package you look forward to using because it matches our business processes so well. Emails sent by my website to customers have been consistently sent by Sendinblue since switching. I have tried several other SMTP services, and all have their issues needing attention.

I like Sendinblue because I can import all of my contacts which I can use for marketing/email updates and more. It's very easy to set up and start email campaigns in 2 minutes. I found this tool very quickly to initiate my email campaigns by using a few ready-made templates too. It also gives me a report on how my campaigns performed on that particular list.

Best tool to keep track of progress and people
Customizable & adaptable to all of your business needs
This can be accessed through various mobile devices including laptops, tablets and smartphones (for Android, Windows and iOS phones).

Cons
Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
I think it should have more automation for the tasks.

It's quite a mess and very unpleasant experience
Also the transition between drag&drop and raw HTML is not so direct as I would expect
Initially it was hard to configure the dedicated IP but it was due to our lack of knowledge in IT and misunderstanding with our web host provider
The CRM functions are confusing and a bit limited
The email templates are very limited
I had some problems sending out targeted emails the first few times and had some trouble making all the initial settings."
