We selected ProWorkflow We are a small, expanding energy consultancy based in Northern Ireland and Scotland and we decided to switch to Xero for our accounts but we knew that our front-end processes were very manual, using spreadsheets etc.. We were going to build our own database but then we looked at the Xero app store and realised that there were a lot of packages out there which said they would do our job. We trialled Work, Workflowmax, Harvest amongst others but it very rapidly became apparent that PWF was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of its thoroughness, depth and flexibility. Not only that but the support has been, and continues to be, superb. No higher compliment can be paid than to say that It is the kind of software package you look forward to using because it matches our business processes so well. My overall experience has been great. I am having a fun time exploring new features. I feel like I am putting a personal touch on communicating with my students and parents. I feel very creative and I like the sense of community that having a class newsletter brings to virtual learning. You can see your analytics to track engagement. While I know of others who continue to use SMORE, for my purposes it was not as effective as others. It was, overall, very easy to use and send to others. It offers a great way to share information, links, and updates with many people in a single place.

I tried my best and just couldn't find anything that I did not like about smore. It's easy to use and most people can be expert users in a matter of minutes. The product also gives you the ability to view analytics which tell you how many views you have had. They also have a great support area built into the site and you really can't beat the annual pricing.
