Qordoba is an artificial intelligence writing improvement tool that businesses can use to standardize written communication throughout the organization. It assists individuals from various departments or teams in writing with the same style and utilizing terminology in the correct manner, which enables the entire organization to successfully project a brand voice and achieve clear and consistent communication. The software is built around a style guide platform that can be customized according to your preferences. You can use the tool to improve the effectiveness of your corporate communications, marketing campaigns, technical documentation, and knowledgebase, as well as legal policies. All of the content that is pertinent to your communication needs will be fetched and synchronized in an automated fashion by Qordoba. It is also helpful to familiarize new employees and consultants with your company's brand and voice as soon as they start working there. Writer, formerly known as Qordoba, is an artificial intelligence writing assistant tool designed for use in business settings. Its content style guide platform is powered by natural language processing, which enables you to tailor writing guidelines to your specific brand and assists users in writing in the same manner, using the same terminology, and in the same voice as the brand. You basically create a writing style guide for your brand by using Writer. This involves setting preferences for various categories, such as ideal voice and tone; writing styles, such as AP, Chicago, or your own; terms to be used; and banned words. After that, users can choose to either directly write within the platform's Writer or simply copy and paste content into it. After that, the writer will evaluate the content that was submitted and score it in comparison to the company's style guide in order to identify areas in which the content is not aligned. In addition to that, it will offer recommendations for areas of improvement. In addition, Writer offers add-ons for Google Chrome, Google Docs, and Microsoft Word, and it gives users the ability to perform on-demand, real-time content analysis.
I love the concept for this app but I wouldn't write my chapters, locations and characters in it. I like the progress tracker and quarterly goals most and I'd rather have them in a more prominent place on the app; they're currently at the bottom of the navigation menu which doesn't do them justice since the progress tracker is the most useful part. A planner would be a nice-to-have. Also needs ability to show the days (Wednesday 28-04 rather than 28-4). I'd love to see a pc version by the way.

You can easily reset the timer after a brief break to get right back on track. Writing Development There are two tabs for "Writing Progress." You can keep track of how much and when you've written with "Writing Log." On the other side, "Progress Stats" displays your books' statistics. You can set up your own "Daily Writing Reminder" when you click the bell symbol. An average novel has 80.000 words. then let's get going! Timeline Plan your book's events in a chronological order. However, arrange your events in the chapter function so that the reader sees them in that sequence.
Qordoba is a key to our content strategy. Much more than a writing assistant (But you can use it as a small, lightweight tool if you prefer). We're using the language checkers to improve the quality, consistency and readability of content created across teams. We're also integrating it into our product development process to empower our content designers to own and deliver UI content. So often we had developers write content on the fly and misspell our product name (among other things!). Or we had outdated content that would require engineering to update, taking forever. Qordoba solves it with a single, easy-to-use interface onto our Git repos. It gives our content designers what they need to do their work, and quickly publish improvements in the product experience. As a content strategist, I've waited a long time for a product like this!

It's too early to give a solid opinion about my experience with Qordoba, having only used it for about a month and not having had an opportunity to use the features at length. So far, I like it, and the features I have tried have worked rather well so far. The customizability of the style guide and the power of the plug-in text editor (much better and more accurate than Grammarly) is worth the price of admission alone. It's so great to finally have a software that will allow you to create your own rules for editing copy and content across platforms without having to refer back to a physical document every time. Makes developing a brand voice and training others on brand voice MUCH easier.

Just finding this app and I love it, however it saddens and concerns me to see that it hasn't been updated in years. With so much potential with it's export features and the ability create your own type of lists, its better than the other apps. Better than copy pasting lists to fill in my own way on a regular doc (it get tedious) and it visually cleans things up. I really hope for a return / comeback from it's creator.

This is THE BEST APP FOR FICTION THAT I'VE EVER SEEN! I love the way it has the characters background set up so all the writer has to do is fill in the blanks and the same with each location, business, personal home, etc in the story... Saves a lot of time and everything is like a form you fill out and everything you could possibly imagine is covered bc it's very thorough. I do have one problem. I have Writer Tools on my Moto GPlay 2021 Android and my Acer Chromebook. Why aren't they syncing?

This really is a great app! I love it and highly recommend it if you are trying to write a novel or outline some world-building!!! My only critique is about the backups. I personally would like to see the app update projects across devices that are connected to the same account by itself, but I understand how backups as implemented are cost effective. However lately, after backing up and trying to download a backup on another device, the app seems to freeze and never finish downloading the new backup. The only solution I've found is to uninstall and reinstall (it downloads the backup in no time). Would like to see a fix. But that aside, this is a very robust and helpful application for whatever you may be writing!!!
