Qualibrate tool is >user friendly >Flexible to use >Easy to record and Playback >During run time we can change the object properties. We can capture the new properties and saved for future use. So that no need to stop the current execution. >We can reuse the components with different test data for different test scripts. >Execution logs : It will take the screenshot for each and every action with details(With time stamps). User can understand by seeing logs, what action it has performed. >By seeing the color only we will get to know whether test case got passed or failed. And even we can check in Action step also.

"Needed to set up cold call automation" What do you like best about Salesmate? I got it done. I shopped around for 3 moths tried out close and Zoho. They didn't work, I shopped Salesforce they were to expensive and probably wouldn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Salesmate? Nothing so far it's been one month of setting up my automation journeys necessary for my niche. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you? I have a data subscription for possible off market real estate deals. And they are the only CRM (that actually works) I found to automation the cold call process.

"Very Adaptable" What do you like best about Salesmate? Since we don't use Salesmate for "sales" but for work order organization and customer communication, it is one of the most adaptable software we've found. From logging calls, emails (even future emails), sending text messages (even future text messages) and taking calls. Recording functionality of the tool is very helpful and easy to work
Stop and start recording, ability to delete and add screens are great feature
I love the tool and the support from the team
We've had amazing results and we've realised projects that would have been impossible without Qualibrate

Cons
There are times that Qualibrate has a low peformance, sometimes when I type a defect it takes a long time and system is stuck
Also, more explanation of headers in the defect would be helpfull
No option to merge flows
Updating is a difficult process (also partly through our landscape)
While doing projects, reporting on defects with all kind of views is needed
This is difficult within Qualibrate."

Pros
It's so easy to use, easy to set up, every feature works 
Pipeline Graphic is easily accessible and digestible
Customer services was very kind and helpful
They are try to understand problem and give solutions fastly.

Cons
Email isn't perfectly reliable
SMS needs to be less than 160 characters to be 100% reliable
With so many features, I simply cannot find the time to learn them all.
