Overall, I and the company is extremely satisfied with the product. The platform helped us to automate the end to end procurement system at our institution. The processes such as Indent Management, Quotations, Vendor Selection, Vendor Information Management, Purchase Order Generations, and Invoicing have been automated using Quixy. You can edit, categorize, and access many lists with ease. You can subsume multiple lists underneath one group and therefore create helpful and pertinent categories. This helps me when I am creating lists for different kinds of tasks or different days. On the phone, the lists themselves are very easy to modify- with simple swipes and taps, you can edit, delete, or mark items as complete. In addition, as you open the app, every single group, category, and list is visible in plain sight. You don't need to open up folders or click on links to see everything. This is especially helpful for me as I tend to forget that which I don't see. In addition, the items can be split into smaller items that can be checked off individually; this is so helpful if tasks require multiple steps, and you operate better if you try to tackle one mini-goal at a time.Kharesse S.

Overall, we are very happy with our choice. Quixy's customer success team provided the necessary support during our on-boarding period while we got used to the new platform.
