I give Toggl Plan a four out of five stars. We were looking at ways to get Gantt charts and do our planning and project management software was something we looked at, but it was overly complex and spreadsheets were overly limited. The primary reason where we chose Toggl was simplicity and ease of use, because I did not want something complicated that other team members were going to resist taking onboard. So I wanted something simple, straightforward, and not too many features that we didn't need, and Toggl provided that. Toggl Plan was easy to integrate because it is fairly free-standing and we could start using it out of the box. So it worked well. It was easy to get up to speed with it and most of the integrations simply happen through email reminders and connectivity with Google products. So if you're considering using Toggl Plan, I would say, keep in mind that you'll need to invest for the paid version if you're going to use it at high level of management and go all in and use a lot of different plans. If you're going to use the free version, you're going to have to use it as an independent operator for your own plan. So keep that in mind as you evaluate it. You're also going to want to use it, if you want that simple solution, which cuts through all the complexity of a project management software and just gives you a nice Gantt chart with color coding and the basic features that you need to get work in and collaborating as a team, it does that.
