Was recommended Quotient through a company we work with. We were using Xero quoting and it was not customisable and cannot add pdf's etc. I started using quotient and it is great how you can customise your quotes so much more. Also Rebecca has been very helpful replying to my questions, and once my free trial was almost up, it was automatically extended for an extra 15 days free of charge. I happily started paying for the app as it has streamlined quoting, following up and for the first time trying to build up some reviews.

I love that Qwilr replaces the need for sending documents to customers, and that legally binding contracts can be managed in a far simpler and more elegant manner
I love how professional these pages look and all the features you can add into one page
It was very simple and easy to create each page and then work with HubSpot as well
I like the control it provides over acceptance and signature capturing
The splash blocks are really nice, with lots of good photos and videos that we can use as backgrounds
This has been a great estimate tool for our business

It can be a little difficult when arranging things within a section
There are some limitations to content blocks that I'm trying to work through but thats it
It was a little confusing when setting it up with hubspot on how you cannot CLONE one template because then it will not show up in hubspot
No updates for the past few years probably
They have three different options of font customization and five different colors - that's it."

Cons
On occasion, quotes were misplaced due to overly aggressive spam filters
Just now I have been working on a start up so I haven't used the product for a while, for some reason I missed the monthly payment emails and my account was suspended rightly so
The import/export is a bit tricky
I'm not sure if the product is limited or it's just my lack of knowledge, but I couldn't get the data I needed to export
Our quotes were bland and boring it took ages to get basic quotes out and literally hours to do more complex quotes
Trying to keep track of when a client accepted a quote was a nightmare."
