Close CRM is my absolutely GO-TO customer relationship management software that offers a wide range of features to help our businesses manage our customer relationships at the highest level. The software is highly customizable, which allows businesses to tailor it to their specific needs. Additionally, Close CRM provides excellent customer support, which is critical for businesses that rely on the software to manage first touch communication on new leads, and lead nurturing. Overall, Close CRM is an excellent choice for businesses that need a comprehensive and customizable CRM solution. On a direct note, Pedro Ponciano is our account manager and has been an absolute all-star for us. He even created a 5 minute step by step video personalized just for us on a solution to automate our SMS first touch communication for our incoming leads! So far we have not found any issues that stop our process that has not already been instructed by their incredible support. We had an issue with automating SMS, and Pedro knocked it out of the park by creating me a personalized 5 minute instructional video on step by step how to create the solution we thought was missing. Customer services is a 10+ They continuously improve the product, continuously and for each improvement, you get email notifications and webinars to explain them. We get at least 2 meetings booked per week with reply.io just because of the way the cadences are set up automatically, they suggest the best copy, ( they have an AI) And the Chrome extension is amazing at extracting data!

The UI is OK but not very intuitive. They offer a suite of channels for cold outreach which is nice but all added up we will stay away from this company.

I have been looking at various CRM's for my private practice. I provide online therapy for speech, language and learning. Close.io impressed me with its rich features and customizations. I loved the fact that Close.io works perfectly for one person. So many of the other CRMs are for sales teams.

My overall experience was good with close, I like the simple minimalistic interface of close and how easy to use for our day-to-day marketing and sales tasks. If money is not the issue then it's a good CRM tool for everybody.
