I like the ability to be able to create the tracking numbers attributed to different campaigns and it's easy enough to track how they're doing

ll cloud-based phone systems say they support SMS, but none of them actually do in Australia. I'm so relieved to find out that JustCall does! I also love that you can set a disposition and write notes directly in the JustCall app that can be sent automatically to the CRM (no excuse for sales people to not write notes). It's great to see the innovation with AI in JustCallIQ and I can see that being extra helpful in the future. Their Support couldn't be more helpful and are always so quick and diligently follow-up.

The HubSpot integration is the best of any vendor I've seen. Support staff has been friendly and helpful, and porting our old number to the system was easy. They also have a built-in IVR system so we can direct callers to the right team.
