The application includes a straightforward menu, lots of customizing options, and an engine that makes multilingual communication possible with integrated voices that seem native. It can occasionally be challenging to convert the written word into an audio file. It can be challenging to select a suitable, silent setting, the best microphone, maintain a specific pace, be error-free, etc. for recording yourself reading the text. If you have to record yourself reading in a foreign language, it is considerably more challenging to do so. Fortunately, turning text into audio files is really simple thanks to the RoboVoice program. It is simple to use, has a nice GUI, and features that work well (such as pitch and speaking rate tuning, and voice adaptation). The audio files can be dropped into other programs, and the conversion is completed quite quickly. As was already mentioned, the tool is simple to use and offers straightforward commands. This is great because it keeps things from becoming more complicated than they have to be. The voice created files stay saved in the program even after a restart (simple retrieval), and adding text is done with copy/paste. You can also create many projects and navigate between them. Simply paste the desired text into the conversion box and choose the language you want the text to be read in. You can emphasize a part of the text by selecting it and then choosing the appropriate setting. You can opt to add information to each related audio file for newly generated speech material, such as the duration, language, selected voice, and creation date. Each audio track can be exported individually or collectively in a ZIP format. The format of each created audio will be WAV. In conclusion, RoboVoice has a functional system architecture and useful resources. It works great, has excellent audio quality, voices that seem incredibly natural, and conversation that flows easily. Although the export possibilities are somewhat restricted, the program runs smoothly and without any glitches or errors. RoboVoice is a great option if you require a reliable and quick way to convert text to audio.

Great and good for using it instead of recording your sound. But to use it for music, need to edit a little. some pronunciation is not so good, need to be improved but it is a great software.

The program Balabolka is a Text-to-Speech (TTS) system. Balabolka has access to all computer voices installed on your PC. The text displayed on-screen can be saved as an audio file. The software can read the contents of the clipboard, extract text from documents, modify the font and background color, and control reading from the system tray or global hotkeys. The following text file types are supported by Balabolka: AZW, AZW3, CHM, DjVu, DOC, DOCX, EML, EPUB, FB2, FB3, HTML, LIT, MD, MOBI, ODP, ODS, ODT, PDB, PRC, PDF, PPT, PPTX, RTF, TCR, WPD, and XLS, XLSX. The application utilizes several versions of Microsoft Speech API (SAPI); it permits the modification of speech parameters, such as pitch and rate. The user can apply a custom substitution list to enhance the articulation quality of the voice. This function is handy for changing the spelling of words. The pronunciation correction rules employ the syntax of regular expressions. The synchronized text can be saved in external LRC files or as MP3 tags within the audio files. When a digital audio player or computer player is used to play an audio file, the text is shown simultaneously (at the same way, as lyrics for songs).

An excitingly fabulous program.An eleven out of ten score Balabolka from me. I am a self taught advanced computer dummy and Balabolka is just a fabulous program and so easy to use with all its features. I have searched and tried many other programs, most of which offer a free download until you go to use it and then you find you are tricked into buying add ins to make it work. Well done Balabolka.

It is the only tts application that is, as far as I know, both free and offers a function to set pauses in between sentences and paragraphs. Great tool.
