Highly Customisable Communications Platform which is easy to use What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? The most important part of implementing a communication platform in an organization is its ease of use and rocket. chat does it so well while being fully customisable. The use cases become endless, from communication within an organization to communication within two different organizations, making sure at the same time that it's simple to use. As an admin, it was easier to operate compared to others and customer support is always available to help you out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rocket.Chat? Rocket.chat in itself has nothing that we disliked, apart from a few bugs, which I hope will be fixed in upcoming iterations, and inconsistency in notifications received on mobile phones. Helped our clients' organization, to communicate in a better and more fluid way, both within the organization as well as with other organizations as well. Such a smooth communication process definitely leads to being more productive than before, which in turn impressed both our clients.

Using Aircall in the last year also gave me the chance to become familiar with your subscription plans and billing models and I find them reasonable, flexible and fair to both parties, in every sense. "Quick Communication Tool" What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? One of the things I like about this tool is easy to add a new server or as many servers as we like depending on the work that we have with different stakeholders. What do you dislike about Rocket.Chat? The UI can be improved a bit and the mobile experience can able be worked on. It has made it easy to have different communication channels/servers as per need.

"RocketChat - Great for Big Companies" What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? The application itself is open-source, so it has a multitude of capabilities. It's also decently secure, and you can share sensitive data over it as long as the system admins and coders that set it up for you know what they are doing. It has a massive amount of addons and what-not. It's overall an excellent tool to use for teamwork. It's the best free alternative to slack and others like it. I wouldn't say I like that it does not have a built-in dark theme customizatioin; not only that, even the more trivial customizations you might want to have required at least basic knowledge of coding or something akin to that. It has many different functions and the ability to accommodate almost any needs of your particular niche in industry. But I have to say it's not the neatest and easiest to use. We use it on a daily basis to work with the most sensitive data there is, like medical records, personnel files, private information of individuals. It allows us to create different teams who can communicate separately about their own specific niche in a private separate room/channel.

Aircall is a sound, user-friendly choice for companies that integrate calling features for employees in customer facing roles. The UI is sleek and easy to navigate, there aren't too many settings which is good as it's not overwhelming. There can at times be a lag or latency problems when a customer is calling in, or when you are calling out, especially when the CRM Hubspot. But otherwise I have not had any real problems that would leave a poor score.

It keeps missing calls when I'm already set as available. Sometimes it works, oftentimes it doesn't. Very frustrating because I had to call back several times within seconds after I'm notified that the app missed a call that DIDN'T RING. Android user here and I've just read a lot of reviews. Smh please fix this or you'll losing business pretty quick.

Poor call quality, and inexcusable lack of basic functionality. No picture texts? That capability has been around for 15+ years. Notifications are hit and miss. I don't receive a lot of my calls. Terrible experience. I can't believe you have a 2.5 star review overall.
