"Quick Communication Tool" What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? One of the things I like about this tool is easy to add a new server or as many servers as we like depending on the work that we have with different stakeholders. It makes it so easy to create different communication channels which is very handy when we have multiple projects to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rocket.Chat? The UI can be improved a bit and the mobile experience can able be worked on. Using it from a mobile device can be troublesome sometimes when we are in hurry and want to message someone instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It has made it easy to have different communication channels/servers as per need.

"RocketChat - Great for Big Companies" What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? The application itself is open-source, so it has a multitude of capabilities. It's also decently secure, and you can share sensitive data over it as long as the system admins and coders that set it up for you know what they are doing. It has a massive amount of addons and what-not. It's overall an excellent tool to use for teamwork. It's the best free alternative to slack and others like it. I wouldn't say I like that it does not have a built-in dark theme customizatioin; not only that, even the more trivial customizations you might want to have required at least basic knowledge of coding or something akin to that. It has many different functions and the ability to accommodate almost any needs of your particular niche in industry. But I have to say it's not the neatest and easiest to use. We use it on a daily basis to work with the most sensitive data there is, like medical records, personnel files, private information of individuals. Since we've moved to a remote-first work environment, it's turned our monthly recognition meetings into a place where we give each other kudos almost daily. Our company has several different departments, so it's easy to engage with each team and give "props" to folks we wouldn't normally interact with. I personally love all of the different causes Bonusly allows you to donate to, not to mention the incredible rewards that can be claimed!

I love the integration of bonusly with Slack, that makes it really easy to send points. I also love how you can include gifs in the messages. Those always make me smile, whether I am giving them or receiving them. The options for spending your points are amazing, they have giftcards to places that I actually shop at. This is just a nice added bonus to the work that I do at my job.
