Customer service was excellent until the last fiasco. We have one technical issue outstanding regarding something to do with the DNS but getting flagged as spam just led [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to say, get in touch with your provider and then we can restart the campaigns with that new email address. I deleted all campaigns and paused sending to be on the safe side.

Easy to standup, deploy, and use. Unlike other tools, you have the ability to generate new fresh prospects as needed, a functionality that is usually reserved for more expensive tools. Setting up templates and creating sequences is easy and fast, and navigating to what you need is easy with the built in filters. I think there is great room for improvement in terms of industry customization and options.There is also an opportunity in terms of account evaluation after sales and consistent relationship building given the level of investment required.As this is a growing product, I feel they can do a better job when it comes to industry visibility around B2B

I specifically asked during set up if I should use a g-suite account and was told no need
Sometimes, when your search criteria are way too wide, the system finds it hard to bring out massive numbers of leads, which is logical and can't be considered a serious disadvantage to the system
A missing feature is when you transfer a contact to a new campaign you aren't told which campaign it initially came from."
