Customization of the product has almost no limits if it's in the scope of the OCR service. We have upgraded our use of Rossum by a few levels since we started using it. We have also implemented a lot of checks that ensure that the information is correct.

I like the fact that it allows clients to sign documents and contracts online on any device. So sometimes we have clients that come and they have their phones of course so they can just open the documents on their phones and sign right there. No need to sign up or subscribe to anything, is just simple and convenient both for us and for the client. I also like that we can put boxes and fields to be filled out by the signers. By this I'm referring to the the boxes where you can put initials for example, also the ones that says textified. Another thing that is practical is the signatures, the client doesn't have to manually sign anything, they can just click the box and Panda Doc will have a selection of signatures for them with their names.

Rossum is very easy-to-use software. I love how it picks the right information for the data fields and does not need corrections. The grid edit is also very easy to use and input values manually. I also love how you are able to upload files with the same file name and search the files.

It's quick and easy to get started and start putting documents together. The theme templates make setting everything up easy, and the pricing table is a joy.

Everything is one place, user-friendly, I love that you can save templates to repeatedly use, I love that you can choose which signer fills out a section, and I am OBSESSED with the reminder tool! You can set the reminder tool to remind them every day, week, etc. This has gotten clients to sign documents a lot quicker and I'm so grateful.
