"Complete solution for CRM and process automation" What do you like best about Creatio? For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. What do you dislike about Creatio? There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. Recommendations to others considering Creatio: Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project. We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). You can configure out-of-the-box solutions and adjust workflows as company requirements change. The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.

Aritic PinPoint is an excellent application to remember emails, events, business meetings, and product pricing detail. Once data is stacked away in its memory, then it automatically notifies the event on time and day of the month. It alerts users with emails or calls them to commemorate the important issues and events. "Not at all good for a B2B small and medium enterprise" What do you like best about Aritic PinPoint? What do you dislike about Aritic PinPoint? It says it is designed for enterprise but honestly, it is not. It is very complicated and too much advanced to suit our needs. For small companies like ours, where we run on budget, this tool is complicated and pretty costly. Also the customer support team is not that helpful in customizing features. Yes we did a few drip automation campaigns but that's not worth the amount we sent. Only thing we liked is the add-on for transactional messages on Aritic Mail. But availing all the services at once is really really costly.
