We used Creatio to manage all our marketing and sales activities, from lead generation to contract conclusion. Creatio is also our reference tool for our service desk and customer ticket tracking. Other needs, such as time-tracking and management of some projects, are also done with Creatio. Creatio has become a reference tool for our company, and more needs are being addressed thanks to its low-code/no-code capabilities.

Very strong and easy-to-use tool to automate anything. What do you like best about Ranorex Studio? There are several aspects of Ranorex that I enjoyed. Creating new tests is simple, especially for those with less programming knowledge. I am starting testing from any point or evaluating any line sans executing the entire examination. Automate your regression tests with the reliable capture-and-replay tool, drag-and-drop UI objects and code modules for keyword-driven testing, or create tests in C# or VB.NET using Ranorex Studio’s full IDE. Ranorex Studio supports a broad range of technologies, including difficult-to-automate legacy desktop applications. Execute your tests on desktop, web, or mobile endpoints. Ranorex supports iOS and Android testing on real devices or simulators/emulators. For web applications, Selenium WebDriver is built into the Ranorex core API, so that you can distribute cross-browser tests on a Selenium grid. "Complete solution for CRM and process automation" What do you like best about Creatio? For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. Creatio proved to be a powerful system that not only serves as CRM software, but also enables us to structure, control and evaluate processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Creatio? There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. Recommendations to others considering Creatio: Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project. We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). At the same time, we achieve a better overview and understanding of customer needs.

"No-code platform for high-quality customer service" What do you like best about Creatio? The system provides you with the tools to create workflows that mirror your business processes. You can configure out-of-the-box solutions and adjust workflows as company requirements change. The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.
