We used Creatio to manage all our marketing and sales activities, from lead generation to contract conclusion. Creatio is also our reference tool for our service desk and customer ticket tracking. Other needs, such as time-tracking and management of some projects, are also done with Creatio. Creatio has become a reference tool for our company, and more needs are being addressed thanks to its low-code/no-code capabilities.

Tallyfy makes managing and optimizing processes a breeze What do you like best about Tallyfy? I love that Tallyfy lets me map out complex processes into simple, actionable, repeatable steps, then quickly deploy a new process and ensure no steps are missed, while being able to assign steps of the process to different people. I'm able to ensure I never miss any steps when I'm working through a campaign for myself or a client, and I'm able to delegate tasks to others as necessary.
Drew H.Tallyfy lets you document and automate any recurring workflow in your company. Track all your processes in real-time, on a simple and visual dashboard. Works beautifully for internal and client-facing workflows too. As an open platform, Tallyfy integrates easily to most other systems, and requires zero code to create and launch an approval workflow or business process. Tallyfy also supports conditional rules and branches using simple "if this then that" rules.
"Complete solution for CRM and process automation" What do you like best about Creatio? For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. What do you dislike about Creatio? There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. Recommendations to others considering Creatio: Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project. We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). At the same time, we achieve a better overview and understanding of customer needs.

The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.

We were looking for a more serious tool for serious process management problems for our clients. There's a number of "pretty checklist" tools out there that wouldn't be serious contenders because it's impossible to map a flowchart into a checklist. You need features like decision trees and conditional branching to make that happen. Tallyfy is the only "simplified BPM" tool we found that came packed with strong features but was still simple enough for everyone to use
