Overall, it delivers your emails, it organizes different contact lists and you can segment them. You can schedule your emails and even add in social campaigns. It does what it should, however, creating the email is actually more complicated than it needs to be and it feels like you are designing in 2001 software with tables. Its a big disjointed and clunky. You don't' have the design freedom that is otherwise available in other products. It is more complicated to learn and create than others. It's missing the bells and whistles, so if you are more of a programmer than designer, than this would work great for you.

Tracking progress of campaigns is also easy and it is great that I can see inboxes etc within Salesflow without the need to go into native LinkedIn except in very rare cases

Cons
Blacklist feature is minimal, CRM integration is poor
In the first versions, some of the functionality was not immediately understandable
There were confusing options to perform the sales tasks that we needed as a team
The response rate was in the region of 20 times better than those other methods
It is a shame that LinkedIn imposed such tight limits on the usage of a paid for search tool
My other issue and the reason why we no longer use Salesflow is the limitation on connection requests enforced by LinkedIn."

The functionality is great and helps eliminate duplicating work
We love the ability to drop in a you tube video, conduct surveys and gather RSVPs
I like the ability to take polls and ask questions directly to our customers
It's not easy to make individual contact when you're a big small business so having a little interaction helps
Constant Contact is the perfect software for helping you to stay in contact with those important people that can have a positive impact on our organization
The greatest benefit to us has been our ability to grow our monthly donor base since keeping in touch with them is easy to do."

I called the following Monday to cancel my service and they refused to refund my subscription cost even though no service had been provided
Email editor shortcomings: no way to create reusable items to be used across emails
Hard to get to html when editor features are insufficient or inaccurate
Lack of responsiveness by vendor to problems
Feedback and problem reports get an autogenerated email
It's very difficult to cancel the account, you can not delete your data online, also they will argue with you to cancel
No refunds are given if you are unhappy with the products."
