"Needed to set up cold call automation" What do you like best about Salesmate? I got it done. I shopped around for 3 moths tried out close and Zoho. They didn't work, I shopped Salesforce they were to expensive and probably wouldn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Salesmate? Nothing so far it's been one month of setting up my automation journeys necessary for my niche. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you? I have a data subscription for possible off market real estate deals. And they are the only CRM (that actually works) I found to automation the cold call process.

"Very Adaptable" What do you like best about Salesmate? Since we don't use Salesmate for "sales" but for work order organization and customer communication, it is one of the most adaptable software we've found. From logging calls, emails (even future emails), sending text messages (even future text messages) and taking calls. We also appreciate that the cost of texting and calling are extremely competitive - Salesmate really meets the mark! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Salesmate? Although taking calls and call quality is very good, the only thing missing is the scheduling of on/off hours so we are getting calls late at night, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I was first skeptical using this software- I had tried a few others that had made our staffing process very confusing, or just didn't fit the needs of our AV company. Within minutes I knew Quick Staff was right for us. First off, its easy to set up and add people and their job roles, and our clients. Being able to add one person to multiple job roles is a nice feature. Once the base info is in the system, its easy to create a new event with any or all details that we might need. Being able to invite people to work and event with a couple of clicks is the best part. A color coded fraction of the number of people that has accepted the event is super easy to read, and a great indicator of how many more staff we need. I love that our staff gets an email so they can see the details we have provided before they accept or decline the event. Being mobile device friendly is a huge selling point for us, being always in the go. Being able to set an auto reminder email has saved us a lot of time, and confusion as well. I also love that our staff can block out days they are not available, which then stops the admin from trying to add them to an event that the staff person is unavailable for. All in all, this software is super user friendly, and very easy to adapt to different industries' needs. It is well worth the minimal subscription fee, and has saved us a lot of headache when it comes to scheduling. I recommend 100%.

It's so easy to use, easy to set up, every feature works 
Pipeline Graphic is easily accessible and digestible
Customer services was very kind and helpful
They are try to understand problem and give solutions fastly.

Cons
Email isn't perfectly reliable
SMS needs to be less than 160 characters to be 100% reliable
With so many features, I simply cannot find the time to learn them all.

Hopefully they will add the text feature and GPS clocking feature so I won't have to switch to another provider
Almost 2 yrs of using this service and it serves a great purpose

We have to split the job
So it gets complicated, and days got lost how they had to be recorded
This was a time consuming process and often resulted in overbooking and problems with staff not receiving updates in a timely manner
QuickStaff at the beginning is a little difficult to know all its functions, but it is a matter of practice."
