Over all a great system for the money. Drivers take to it easily, dispatchers like the flexibility and versatility of tracking the trucks and seeing what is going on. It would be nice if you could hover or select a driver and visibly see something that tells how long they have been sitting rather than having to going into the trips and just see a paragraph that displays time.

Samsara has been a great tool not only in organizing and managing out vehicles and assets, but has allowed us to successfully defend against false claims. Samsara is such a value additive software, that it dampens my frustration with the many bugs and problems evident in rushed development and poor testing for certain features. I honestly can not say this for any other software I use.

I am not happy with Samsara. I would not recommend Samsara. Our contract is over next month and I have already found a replacement company.

Our company utilizes employees here in the US, and numerous remote employees in the Philippines (less than 20 employees). We had one solution for scheduling, another program for task and project management, another app for messaging, and a cloud-based program for time-tracking. Until we found ConnectTeam. Everything we needed (plus more), all in a single solution. Not only did we cut our previous costs by 80%, everything is now in a single solution.

Terrific Software. Only spoke to support once, they responded within a few hours (and bear in mind we are the other side of the globe form them) so very happy. We were purchased a high tier of the product but not the top tier, about a month ago they stopped billing us as they announced it was to be free for under ten employees. However, this software is a great contributor to why we won't be under them employees for much longer.

We have been using the software for about 8 month now. Some problems have been resolved. A huge improvement was around open shifts. That feature was basically unworkable until a few months ago. However, no improvement in core functionality of job scheduling and time clock since then.

The most useful feature is instant notifications by email or text when an alarm is triggered
GPS location displays are great, and access to video clips is outstanding
We have had an excellent experience with our assigned representatives and appreciate the constant (automatic!) software updates and Samsara's dedication to meeting DOT compliance as it changes
This soft have really beautiful design
Bright , i can say maybe its like fresh design , because u want to be in apps ant design not annoying
The cameras, vehicle monitoring and GPS are very good
Managers using the web app like the ability to check-in on the cams as the drivers are on their delivery routes."

The customer service is bad, they charge you even if they send you the incorrect equipment then refused to credit you account
This is the worst company on the earth!!!! Keep away
Also could not post a route larger than 20 stops, that is the limit built into Samsara, we can have routes with up to 30 stops in a day."

I am a HUGE fan of the Connecteam App
The fact that the app is constantly evolving with new and exciting tools, make it easier to use and keeps my employees engaged and wanting to add more
I always contact to Alon and he is great
Always answer on time and do his best for us
He continually tells me how wonderful it is to work for Connecteam (and I am so glad to support a company that treats its employees so well)
Works seamlessly without delays on the push notifications to users, geo fencing is the best part and the approval requests for extended work hours are very much useful and many more."

Cons
Due to the COVID epidemic, my team had to rapidly transition our way of business
Connecteam allowed us to solve several logistics problems that allowed us to thrive and grow
I don't like that i can't go put in unavailable the employee can only do that
I gave up and made my own training videos on how to use the app and they still struggle)
SMS functions didn't go well, probably due to local regulations SMS may have delivery failures."
