"Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today."

Most popular feedback for Sched

My first experience with Sched was as a speaker on a conference event being organized by our foreign collaborators. As my first foreign speaking engagement, I was naturally extremely nervous, but Sched made collaborating with the organizers so easy and that I felt very much at ease and ended up delivering an exceptional session. After that experience, I recommended trying Sched for our own subsequent conference events.

A Productivity Tool I Actually Want to Use! What do you like best about Akiflow? I started using Akiflow a few months ago and love it. It truly helps me organise my day and feel more in control of my tasks and workload than ever before. It's amazing how well-designed software can do this. The calendar and Todoisit integrations work flawlessly, and the cost is a drop in the ocean for the benefits it brings! Also, the support is excellent and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Akiflow? Not very much! I still haven't got on the mobile app beta yet, but to be honest the core planning activities I tend to do at my desk anyway. Possibly a little bit of style customization would be nice, but other than that there is nothing to not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Akiflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Akiflow helps solve the overwhelm of multiple tasks and priorities for many clients and projects. It is great at helping prioritize and time block, thanks to a brilliant two-way Google calendar sync

Sched reviews

Communication is the main problem that Sched solves. It's an at-a-glance snapshot of an entire evening that easily drills down into specifics. It invites interaction, so that's another communication problem solved/helped. I couldn't be more thrilled to have Sched working on my event's behalf. Thank you!

We used to publish our own website with conference info; it had the basic info, but it was hard to keep the pieces consistent. Now we link to the Sched site from our event page and attendees find everything there. Speakers can post their pix and handouts and complete/update their profiles and send e-mail blasts to all who signed up for their workshop. We got good reporting and from it (and Google Analytics) see a high engagement rate (not just page views; over half set up accounts and created a personal schedule). This is all from their lowest service level/tier; higher levels integrate more with registration/payment etc., but we already have an online store and used it for front-end registration.

It wasn't too difficult to get everything set up, but we needed a human to help us select the right package to purchase. It was way too difficult reaching someone and we were actually told that no one could assist us for at least another week because that department was going to a conference.

Akiflow reviews

"Akiflow greatly helped me organize my university and work-related duties" What do you like best about Akiflow? I like the way Akiflow helped me simplify my workflow, instead of using a bunch of separate apps (and calendars) for maintaining my work, now I can only use one. It's really hard for me to stick with an app for longer than 1 month, due to eventually finding a better alternative, or just being frustrated by the lack of functionalities of a given software. I have been using Akiflow for more than 3 months now and I don't really want to stop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Akiflow? I would have to nitpick to say what I don't like, as I find using the app an overall great experience. However, I would love to see more features being added (like automatic labels from Todoist or being able to adjust the UI more). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Akiflow solving and how is that benefiting you? First and foremost - it helps me get every task and calendar into 1 app. I am a student, a full-time employee, and a board member of a students' organization. Sometimes keeping up with all my duties was just impossible - 3 separate calendars, and a bunch of apps. I was simply overwhelmed. Akiflow helped me bring everything into one, streamlined experience.

"One To Do List To Rival All To Do Lists" What do you like best about Akiflow? Being able to add something to my to do list from any screen, just with a shortcut. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Akiflow? It's still an early stage company I think, so there are a few glitches. But customer support is really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Akiflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Having multiple to do lists that never get finished. Instead, I have one to do list, and the ability to better use my time. It means nothing gets forgotten.

"One of the best GTD, Personal Workflow, and Productivity applications on the Market!" What do you like best about Akiflow? Akiflow is incredibly useful for individuals that require quick task-to-calendar functions and time-blocking. The application is well designed, has the best UI/UX of any calendar application I've tried, and the command bar is helpful for quickly capturing ideas or tasks. Integrations with other applications are useful, especially the Google Calendar and Zoom integrations. The Akiflow team is AMAZING and will do their best to ensure that their customers' needs are heard, and new features are implemented efficiently; the Akiflow team cares about its customers. Being a Y-Combinator backed company, I anticipate Akiflow to continue to provide even more value to its customers as the application continues to evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Akiflow? Akiflow is a relatively new application, and they are gradually fleshing out the core application. Currently, the application is a bit expensive compared to competitors but provides enough value to justify the costs. At the time of this review, there is no mobile application available for Akiflow, but the development team appears to be working hard on implementing this. The benefits of Akiflow far outweigh the negatives of the application, and I am confident the Akiflow team will continue to improve the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Akiflow: Akiflow is excellent for users that need quick task-to-calendar fucntionality and have a lot of things to schedule. It is super fast, and the UI/UX is well-thought-out. Busy managers would most benefit from the features Akiflow provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Akiflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Akiflow helps me quickly execute task-to-calendar functions, which is immensely useful. I have a lot of appointments, and quickly capturing plus scheduling tasks helps to ease my workflow.
