The rule functionality is my favorite part about Front. It's allowed me to automatically delegate emails that are not relevant to me to the appropriate party, automatically archive senders who do not allow an unsubscribe option, and tag items like News and Receipts that are not immediately actionable and remove them from the inbox.

We used to publish our own website with conference info; it had the basic info, but it was hard to keep the pieces consistent. Now we link to the Sched site from our event page and attendees find everything there. Speakers can post their pix and handouts and complete/update their profiles and send e-mail blasts to all who signed up for their workshop. We got good reporting and from it (and Google Analytics) see a high engagement rate (not just page views; over half set up accounts and created a personal schedule). This is all from their lowest service level/tier; higher levels integrate more with registration/payment etc., but we already have an online store and used it for front-end registration.

It wasn't too difficult to get everything set up, but we needed a human to help us select the right package to purchase. It was way too difficult reaching someone and we were actually told that no one could assist us for at least another week because that department was going to a conference.

Love the easiness of selecting which sessions I wanted to attend
It then stored it and made it super easy for me to know exactly where to go
My district uses Sched to schedule our entire district professional training
This is fabulous I love that it emails me my schedule and I can access it all day as I attend trainings
I also love the ability to email attendees from the platform and how they also get a daily reminder
It is also wonderful how we can personalize the system with our own branding and images

The best feature about Front is the ability to communicate with both my internal and external teams without having to forward a bunch of emails

Cons
Because of the way we work, we copy and paste the text of the sent e-mail in our other systems
This delay, especially when one sends many e-mails, is particularly annoying
There are a couple niche, specific limitations that we have that we have to build workarounds for
Honestly can't think of a major pain for our use case
Sometimes I do miss dragging an email into a folder and having it pop back into my inbox when the customer responds
Front has tagging, but I have found that I still miss using folders
Plugin is a little bit confusing
