I have always loved working with Workbooks. All of their staff have never failed to be as helpful as they can be, and they are very quick to support us with any issues or queries that we may have. Their CRM package is very different to the kind of platform that a company like TDS would require but they have always helped us customize our databases so that we are able to support our products as best we can. We used to publish our own website with conference info; it had the basic info, but it was hard to keep the pieces consistent. Now we link to the Sched site from our event page and attendees find everything there. Speakers can post their pix and handouts and complete/update their profiles and send e-mail blasts to all who signed up for their workshop. We got good reporting and from it (and Google Analytics) see a high engagement rate (not just page views; over half set up accounts and created a personal schedule). This is all from their lowest service level/tier; higher levels integrate more with registration/payment etc., but we already have an online store and used it for front-end registration.

Love the easiness of selecting which sessions I wanted to attend
It then stored it and made it super easy for me to know exactly where to go
My district uses Sched to schedule our entire district professional training
This is fabulous I love that it emails me my schedule and I can access it all day as I attend trainings
I also love the ability to email attendees from the platform and how they also get a daily reminder
It is also wonderful how we can personalize the system with our own branding and images

Cons
Lack of built in lead allocation functionality
Automated lead allocation would required custom php code
There is very little that i dis-like about this software as any issues can be raised and put into development
We are using GatorMail via Workbooks, we have had a few teething problems in rolling out the change
This drives me crazy because I run off of 3 screens and have to sign into 3 different workbooks windows
Also the modification costs can get really high since not very many programmers know Workbooks."
