The business problems I am solving appear to be those created by using Schedulicity. The 'Rockstars' are friendly, but whoever is in charge really needs to think about R & D and QA. I loved Schedulicity at its inception, now I see very little benefit to using it....unless you call mindless hours clicking on appointments to determine whether or not a session has been paid for each and every session for each and every client.

I would give JobNimbus a four out of five. On a day-to-day basis, I use JobNimbus for scheduling jobs, ordering materials, writing notes to my teammates. So a lot of the times, we just order all our materials straight through JobNimbus to our suppliers, which is very helpful. And as well as notifying our teammates of what's going on, and it also sends out automations to our homeowners as well to help with our schedules, sending out our schedules. Things that I like about JobNimbus. I love that it syncs to Google Calendars, since we do work a lot out of our Google Calendar. I like that we're able to edit things in JobNimbus and it automatically corrects it in our JobNimbus ... I mean, in our Google Calendars, and also the fact that we can set tasks and reminders through JobNimbus that also notify us through our email, so you have that double notification reminder. A few negative things about JobNimbus is the fact that sometimes ordering through JobNimbus can be a little tricky. Things don't sync correctly, and then sometimes getting a hold of customer service can be a little bit of a problem or they're a little delayed, which kind of slows down the production for work.

We have been bringing on additional salesman and being able to track the leads that we distribute has allowed us to see who is weak and where. We have also used JobNimbus to increase the amount of reviews that are coming in (93 5 Stars and counting). This has all but eliminated my no-shows
Also love that my employees can check and adjust their schedules and re-book clients easily
Loved the add-on format for selecting the services I needed, not paying for features I wouldn't use
There are emails that can automatically be sent out to clients to remind them of their appointments and that's really helpful to me because if I had to do it manually, I know I would forget
I'm not actually a user of this software - I was just helping a friend with getting some data out of her account."
Cons
There is no option for providers such as Nail Tech to be able to pair add-ons to their services
Becuase of this one and small reason I am unable to use this system
I am very uncomfortable with putting this information in
It should go back to not requiring payment info or at least integrate with PayPal
The problem is not with THIS software, the problem is with the over abundance of salon and spa scheduling software
There are literally hundreds to choose from and no real industry staple
Unless you call mindless hours clicking on appointments to determine whether or not a session has been paid for each and every session for each and every client."

I absolutely hate how difficult it is to actually set the date and time for a lead appointment with the mobile app
TERRIBLE mobile apps (IOS & Android)
It's so bad our field guys have resorted to opening the desktop version on their browsers
They must do some type of maintnence monthly because all of the syncing functions fail to work one weekend a month
They do not tell you when its going to be and play stupid when you enquire about it."
