Features include calendar sync, embed scheduler right in your website, unlimited SMS, charge for no-shows, payments, classes, Mailchimp integration, and friendly support!
Caspio is a cloud-based, no-code, application development solution for organizations of all sizes. The platform is suitable for industries such as health care, media, government, education, nonprofits, consulting, churches and community associations. The solution provides features such as virtualization, automated scheduling, workflow management and data replication.
We are a e-learning company based in London, UK and we deliver online language classes to clients based several in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Before Schedulista, the scheduling process for our classes was so painful, so time consuming. Schedulista is cost effective, easy to use. The integration with Zoom save us a lot of time and energy. All in all we are very satisfied.

It does have some limitations, like not being able to take credit card numbers. It's also not linked with EHR, so when I do switch over from paper to electronic files, I will have to use a different software.

"Great Experience for a Novice with Room to Grow" What do you like best about Caspio? It's a low-code platform that allows anyone to create interactive reports/views with minimal knowledge. What do you dislike about Caspio? There is a LOT of information and ability within Caspio, and sometimes it can be overwhelming with the number of possibilities. The user interface just received an upgrade which is helpful, but the data can sometimes be finicky directly in the data tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Caspio solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to take tables of data that were previously only available in pdf reports and turned them into interactive, searchable, and up-to-date sources that our users can now pull specific information out of using a simple search. Previously, users would have had to collect this data, clean it, and sort it on their own but we have taken care of this process within Caspio with success.

"Perfect data-management solution for K-8 Public School" What do you like best about Caspio? The Caspio system allowed a small number of staff and volunteers to create an extensive data management system for our K-8 public charter school. We were able to create - from scratch -- an entire public-facing online student registration system as well as an internal data management solution that allows us to track student demographics, health information, behavioral needs, and much much more. From time to time we have had to create some code to achieve some advance functions that were helpful to our system.
