I've used Contractbook in several companies of different sizes and industries and it's been my favorite tool to handle e-signature and contracts for years. The user experience is very good. It takes a while to transition over from paper/electronic templates since there are so many ways to use SciNote. However, it is a very useful platform that makes all our work accessible to our team, which has been critical over the pandemic.

I wish Scinote had an autosave function! There have been a few times where I have forgotten to press "Save" on notes that I was actively taking notes in lab.

There is a very good flow in contract book. Signees easely gets a mail if they havnt signed, and signing is easy. We love it. We love contract book, and we use the for all our employee contracts. It is very easy to use, and signees have very few steps to sign the document. All in all we are very satisfied
