I like the ease of use as a Coordinator. My time spent scheduling has shrunk majorly, leaving me more time to focus on recruiting, on-boarding and training. The calendar makes it really easy for me to see what my week looks like. The sorting function help me isolate events to more easily see events. Even the color and font choices used in the apps is pleasing to the eye! The support from the Nowsta team has been amazing. They always respond within minutes through their direct messaging function and not only resolve the issue, but are a blast to work with. It's been a year that we have used the software and there have been endless improvements to functionality. They have expanded the system in many ways, allowing us to change our payroll functions and save money. I have been using Scoop.it continuously since February 2011 and have watched it evolve into the great curation platform it is today. Scoop.it is not your set and forget curation tool. You need to spend time on the platform to make it work for you. It won't be of much use if you don't give it time. All the best.

It makes content curation super simple and quick and if you're willing to go with the premium options it only gets better. If you can choose a Ford Escort or A Ford Mustang GT the differences between pricing tiers is big but totally worth it.

"Never been so efficiently staffed!" What do you like best about Nowsta? We started using NOWSTA almost 2 years ago and it has made scheduling so much more efficient. We use it throughout our company - from servers and bartenders, to kitchen, warehouse, and office workers. The platform is user friendly for both schedulers and staff. The whole platform is easy for me to use as a Staffing Coordinator and make sure I am able to offer shifts to the right staff for the job. Because we are staffed more efficiently, I am able to rely less on temporary staffing companies, saving us money. We are able to use the system company-wide for many different types of laborers (as opposed to using multiple staffing platforms for service staff vs office staff or kitchen staff). This allows any manager to get an up-to-date report on staffing in their teams, departments, and company as a whole. Worker data is also easily accessible.
