I love the ability to create content quickly. I can start recording in Chrome or on my desktop, perform the actions I need to capture, and press stop. I can easily go back and edit the steps, remove steps and add additional info. This makes it super easy to hand off a step by step action plan or how-to guide for users or internal support.

The interface is clean and easy to understand and you can pick it up immediately. I'm still trying to figure out how it knows what screen grabs I'm going to need but it gets it right every time. Even when my flow is not perfect, editing your scribe is very simple and very intuitive. I like that you can edit your steps and add more details and information.

My favorite thing is that it has a very useful browser widget. I can't afford to have a million apps open that I don't need, because I already have a lot that I do, so the fact that I can easily access information, set alerts/timers, reports, etc all from the widget is super helpful.
